Praxarium, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, operates FootyTotals at footytotals.com and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. References to “we” and “our” mean Praxarium, LLC. For privacy or account questions, contact support@footytotals.com.

Accounts and sign-in

Clerk manages account sign-in and sessions. If you choose Google sign-in, Clerk receives your Google account identifier, email address and basic profile information, such as your name and profile picture when provided. We use this information to authenticate you and connect your account to your subscription. FootyTotals does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files or contacts.

Free Pro trials

We store your account identifier, trial start and end dates, and a hashed version of your verified email to provide one free trial and prevent repeated claims. Trial access does not require payment details. Trial eligibility records are kept separately from optional analytics. With analytics permission, we measure whether trial members open match research and compare trial starts with confirmed subscription payments in our private aggregate report.

Subscriptions and payments

When you start checkout, we send your verified email address and account reference to Stripe to connect billing to your account.

We store your account identifier, email address, Stripe customer and checkout references, subscription status, paid-access dates and billing-processing records. Stripe processes payment details and manages invoices, payment-method updates and cancellation. FootyTotals does not store your full card number or security code.

Website services and analytics

The site runs through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Clerk uses cookies to maintain sign-in sessions. Cloudflare Web Analytics provides traffic and page-performance measurements. These providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect their services. Some club images load from Sportmonks’ CDN, which receives the connection information needed to deliver those images.

With your permission, we also use Google Analytics to measure page visits, referring websites, approved promotional campaign labels and interactions such as changing research views, choosing signup or Pro, and continuing to checkout. With permission, we also send confirmed signup, payment and refund events, linked through Google’s random browser identifier. Google uses analytics cookies and receives technical information such as browser and device details and your IP address when your browser connects to its service. We do not send your name, email, sign-in account identifier, card details, form contents or raw URL query strings to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled.

To limit abuse of our measurement service, we keep temporary request counters using a daily changing, keyed hash of your network address. These counters do not store your raw IP address or connect to your account or analytics history. They expire within 24 hours and are removed during subsequent requests.

With your permission, PostHog also records replays of interactions on public pages and the dashboard to help us understand usability problems. Page content is visible, while input values and displayed search text are masked. Sign-in and account pages, account menus and feedback forms are excluded. We do not attach your name, email or sign-in account identifier, and do not record console logs or network request bodies. PostHog receives technical connection information, including your IP address. Replays are processed in the United States and retained for up to 30 days on our free plan. Recording uses a random browser-session identifier held in memory.

With analytics permission, our own first-party cookie remembers approved referral campaign labels for up to 30 days. If you create a verified account, we connect the first eligible referral before signup to that account and its confirmed subscription payments, so we can measure which advertising works. Later referrals are recorded separately. The owner’s private report shows aggregate counts and revenue, not customer contact details. Browser-level records are retained for up to 13 months; account acquisition and billing records remain until no longer needed or an applicable deletion request is completed. Unknown sources stay unattributed.

Google Analytics and PostHog load only after you select Accept analytics. Select No thanks to decline, or use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice at any time. Withdrawing permission stops further Google Analytics measurement, PostHog recording and future referral association, and removes analytics cookies from this site; it does not automatically delete data already collected. If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you include so we can respond.

Dashboard feedback

You can send feedback without an account. We privately store your category, message, optional reply email, selected match and leagues, market, history and venue filters, and app version to investigate problems and improve FootyTotals. Notifications go to our business inbox through Google Workspace. Other visitors cannot read submissions. We do not attach sign-in details, authentication tokens, full URLs, private research, screenshots or files.

To limit spam, we use a protected hash of your network address in separate rate-limit records. These records count submissions within the preceding 24 hours and are cleaned up as new feedback is saved. Feedback is kept while needed for investigation or follow-up. Do not include passwords or payment details in your message. You can contact support to request deletion.

Your information and choices

Signing out or cancelling a subscription does not delete account and billing records. To request access, correction or deletion, email support@footytotals.com. We may need to verify account ownership before acting, and some billing records may need to be retained for payment disputes or legal obligations.

Disconnecting Google does not cancel your subscription. Use Manage billing in your FootyTotals account to stop renewal. Our Terms of Service explain billing and cancellation.
