Accounts and sign-in

Clerk manages account sign-in and sessions. If you choose Google sign-in, Clerk receives your Google account identifier, email address and basic profile information, such as your name and profile picture when provided. We use this information to authenticate you and connect your account to your subscription. FootyTotals does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files or contacts.

Subscriptions and payments

When you start checkout, we send your verified email address and account reference to Stripe to connect billing to your account.

We store your account identifier, email address, Stripe customer and checkout references, subscription status, paid-access dates and billing-processing records. Stripe processes payment details and manages invoices, payment-method updates and cancellation. FootyTotals does not store your full card number or security code.

Website services and analytics

The site runs through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Clerk uses cookies to maintain sign-in sessions. Cloudflare Web Analytics provides traffic and page-performance measurements. These providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect their services. Some club images load from Sportmonks’ CDN, which receives the connection information needed to deliver those images.

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you include so we can respond.

Your information and choices

Signing out or cancelling a subscription does not delete account and billing records. To request access, correction or deletion, email hellopalumbo@gmail.com. We may need to verify account ownership before acting, and some billing records may need to be retained for payment disputes or legal obligations.

Disconnecting Google does not cancel your subscription. Use Manage billing in your FootyTotals account to stop renewal. Our Terms of Service explain billing and cancellation.
